Production

 

We have a highly organized production line that is efficiently

designed to save time and total costs. 

 

 

Since we have built all 150,000 square feet of our Foundry, we have been able to customize it to create a smooth flow from process to process in our production line.

From producing a pattern if needed to the final inspection, nearly all of the castings we ship are completely made and tested in house.

  
We have a number of production cells with a variety of Molding lines from rotary circumference tables to vertical stack molding lines we are able to effectively produce nearly any type of part.  
 

 

With more than a dozen furnaces we are able to melt alloys specific to your needs.  We run stringent tests before the metal ever leaves the furnace to be sure that your casting is made right.

  
 

After the castings have cooled, our expert finishing process begins with cutting off risers and gates followed welding, grinding, blasting, machining  or other services we are capable of.

  
 

Once the finishing process is completed in our plant it is either shipped to you or sent for other work such as specialized machining, X-Ray, painting and many other services offered by our partner companies.

  After we are satisfied with the finished casting, we are able to ship locally with our own trucks or anywhere in the world via other carriers to get your order where it needs to be without pressuring your deadline
