As a commitment to Superior Customer Service and Quality, we have a State of the Art Quality Assurance Laboratory with an Optical Emissions Spectrograph, computer controlled analysis of Alloy Chemistry, Tensile Testing Equipment, Metallographic Capabilities and much much more.

   
  In the over 20 years MACA Supply Company has been in business, we have partnered with outside laboratories to provide our customers with level III testing services.  From Ultrasonic to complex radiography, MACA can meet your demanding testing requirements. 

We also have partnered with many other businesses to provide advanced casting finishing options to fill the needs of a variety of industries.

 

To compliment our Sand Reclamation System we also have designed a Sand Recycling System that burns the hardening chemicals from tainted silica sand to make a near pure material increasing the quality of our Molds and Castings while lowering production costs.
